Endermologie is a non-surgical, non-invasive cellulite reduction treatment that was developed 20 years ago in France.

Endermologie works by using negative pressure (suction) to increase the lymphatic and vascular fluid flow through the congested tissue while the motorized rollers push the fluid from in and around the fat cells, reducing them in size and eliminating the appearance of dimples. During the process increased blood flow stimulates the regeneration of the skin while at the same time elastin and collagen production and repair is stimulated for better skin formation.

Possible side effects of the Endermologie treatment.
Most clients report a feeling or relaxation and an increase in energy. Since the lymphatic system is stimulated, it is recommended that you drink at least 2 litres of water a day throughout the course of treatments in order to aid elimination. If you do not drink enough water you may feel sick and possibly get headaches, from an increase in toxins. If the client is run down and ill recently the treatment may also make them ill from a large lymphatic drainage creating a systemic overload.

Drinking plenty of water helps flush the system and also ensure that you have regular bowel movements. Purification is the key to fighting cellulite not weight loss.

Excess sodium lowers potassium and causes water retention. Sodium is otherwise known as salt. To avoid this you need to read labels on prepared food and not over-salt your foods.

    Commonly Asked Questions

Q. How many treatments will it take to rid of my cellulite?

A. It is recommended that each person has a minimum of two treatments per week and packages begin with 15. Usually people see changes after 8-10 treatments, but should feel a difference after the first treatment. Each person differ in their desired result.

Q. How long is each session?

A. Each treatment is approximately 35 minutes long with the majority of time spent on targeted areas.

Q. Where does the fat go?

A. Unlike liposuction, Endermologie is a non-invasive treatment and doesn't remove the fat cell. It drains the toxins out of the fat cell, alleviating fluid retention and reducing the appearance of cellulite. It works on a different layer of the fat to liposuction. Liposuction does not remove cellulite.
